Named for the Hector’s dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector’s Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Kelp, manuka, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle have been blended with classic botanicals to create a dry gin with a slight minerality on the finish. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa.
