Refund policy

Any unopened packs or bottles can be refunded or exchanged at any time with proof of purchase.

Sub-standard, dated (unless sold as a dated stock item) or faulty items can be refunded or exchanged at anytime with proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase does not necessarily require a receipt, we can either find the sale in our system or may remember the purchase to make things easier.
