Named for the Hector’s dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector’s Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Lemon verbena from Little River, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a bright citrus gin with herbaceous notes and a hint of peppery spice. Zingy and vivacious with a glorious lemony scent. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa. Our gins are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa.
